The Kids Cervical Stabilizer Thoracic Orthosis (also categorized as a CTO brace) is a medical grade device designed to immobilize the cervical spine and upper thoracic vertebrae. It is primarily used to stabilize the head and neck during recovery from severe injuries, fractures, or post-operative procedures to prevent movement that could cause further harm.

• Two-Piece Ergonomic Design: Features anterior (front) and posterior (back) shells that contour to the child’s body to increase airflow and ease of use.
• Adjustable Stabilization: Includes a mandibular (jaw) adjustment device and an optional forehead strap to effectively restrict head rotation and ensure proper spinal alignment.
• Comfort Linings: All skin-contact areas typically use removable, washable plush laminated foam or breathable mesh padding to reduce skin irritation and heat buildup.
• Construction Materials: Often constructed from lightweight plastic plates, metal support strips (such as stainless steel or aluminum), and hook-and-loop fasteners for secure fitting.
