The Lipoelastic PI Active is a medical-grade, seamless cotton post-operative compression bra designed for the first phase of recovery following various breast surgeries.

• Primary Indications: Ideally suited for recovery after breast augmentation, reduction, reconstruction, mammoplasty, mastopexy, or mastectomy.
• Lower Décolletage: Designed with a lower cut, making it ideal for smaller implants or for discreetly wearing under low-cut clothing.
• Heat-Molded Seamless Cups: The cups feature double-lined fabric to deliver optimal compression without irritating fresh incisions.
• Discrete Under-Bust Band: Features a narrower elastic band beneath the bust to prevent the garment from rolling up or chafing against scar tissue.
• Adjustability: Outfitted with a front hook-and-eye closure featuring 3 rows of hooks so patients can adjust compression levels as post-op swelling goes down. The straps are adjustable from the back using classic plastic sliders.
